As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I work with individual adults and older adults (seniors) who are facing life transitions and challenges that impact their mental well-being. Our struggles affect our relationships with ourselves and others. Many of these challenges involve communication, self-esteem, change, fear about the future, feelings of loneliness, finding meaning in our lives, and learning how to be our authentic selves. You don’t have to face these intimidating topics alone. I invite you to bring them into our sessions so we can reflect and explore them together. Psychotherapy views clients not as having an illness, but as individuals who already possess strengths and capabilities that can be explored and built upon. Sessions with me are primarily conversation-based, designed to support your growth in thinking, feeling, and functioning in ways that are more fulfilling and satisfying for you. You set the goals, and you set the pace.
